Biography
Dr. Ahmad Reza Jamshidi was born in 1961 in Iran. He had received his MD and Internal Medicine degrees at Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) in 1988 and 1992 respectively. He had educated in Rheumatology from TUMS in 1995. He has been the head of Rheumatology Research Center since 2010. Not only is he one of the professors of Rheumatology in TUMS but he also has a lot of positions in this regard such as being the head of rheumatology and joint disease research network as well as Seronegative Research Unit.He has been the president of Iranian Rheumatology Association since 2012. He has participated in some national and international organizations and foundations including Asia and Pacific area League of Associations for Rheumatology, International League of Associations for Rheumatology and so on. He is interested in Seronegative Spondylarthropathies, Low Back Pain, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis and Osteoporosis researches. He is the author of totally 22 books in which he has written 1 chapter. 278 articles and papers have been published in International and national Journals.
